  • For beauty tools, products are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase. However, during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • Hair purchases require a processing time of 5 working days before shipping.

UK Shipping Methods

  • We use Royal Mail 48 - Fast & reliable delivery with a time frame of two working days.

In an Emergency?

  • If you require hair within less than 6 business days, please contact us via email and we can see what we can do for you!

International Shipping Methods

  • We use various couriers to ship internationally. Orders outside of the UK will have a shipping time of 5-10 business days.

Shipping Confirmation

  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

No Refunds on Products

  • At Allure House, we do not offer refunds on any products unless they are found to be faulty or defective. Please ensure that you have carefully selected the correct items before completing your purchase.

Faulty or Defective Products

Refunds
